Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the Butigal Express website, customer accounts, quotations, pickups, shipping, tracking, payments, deliveries, and Buy For Me services.
Account responsibility
You must provide accurate and current information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Accurate shipment information
You must accurately identify the contents, quantity, value, seller, receiver, origin, destination, dimensions, weight, and any special handling requirements associated with a package or purchase request. Butigal Express may inspect, remeasure, reweigh, reject, hold, or return an item when information is incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, prohibited, or inconsistent with the physical item.
Quotes and final charges
Initial quotes may be estimates. Final charges may change after warehouse receipt, inspection, actual weight or dimensional-weight measurement, insurance selection, customs assessment, storage, handling, destination charges, remote-area charges, or other services requested or required.
Payments
Services may require advance payment, payment before release, or payment according to the method shown on the invoice. A payment reference or submission does not constitute completed payment until it is verified and marked as paid or completed by Butigal Express.
Prohibited and restricted items
You must not submit prohibited, illegal, dangerous, undeclared, or improperly packaged items. Restricted items may require prior written approval, special documentation, permits, or specialized transport. You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of all submitted goods.
Service delays and availability
Transit and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may result from customs, inspections, weather, carrier operations, holidays, security events, incorrect information, payment issues, force majeure, or circumstances outside reasonable operational control.
Suspension or refusal of service
Butigal Express may refuse, suspend, restrict, or cancel service when necessary to protect customers, employees, carriers, property, systems, legal compliance, or payment interests.
Acceptance
By creating an account, placing an order, requesting a pickup, submitting a package, approving a quote, or paying an invoice, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these terms and the related service policies.
